He gave me an estimate and we set up a time for him to come out and work on the project. He is very detail-oriented and told me exactly what needed to be done. He and a worker arrived on time and they were very pleasant to work with. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anybody I know. Everything was cleaned up meticulously. I'm very satisfied with the work that they did. I added a wall near the stairs and he accomplished that also. I ran across Ugalde while looking for drywall finishing and painting services in the middle of an extensive home renovation, and I really can’t recommend them enough if you’re looking for the same. They were able to work me into their schedule almost immediately after I contacted them and were incredibly communicative and easy to work with over the entire length of the project. They reached out to ask questions and make clarifications before going forward on details we hadn’t directly discussed and took on a few small things I’d have overlooked. The guys are pretty much miracle workers with mudding and paint in some of the difficult circumstances you find in a renovation. I got beautiful results and I can’t imagine most companies offering the same services around the Madison area could’ve achieved the same level of craftsmanship. Sergio was here the next day to give us the estimate and he and his team arrived exactly when they said they would to complete the work and did an excellent job.
